Refund policy
All products ordered are covered by a 30-day return policy.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if something is not quite right, please follow the steps below to help us process your return as quickly as possible.
If your item has arrived damaged, or part of your order is missing, please email thevacuumcleanerclinic@gmail.com and we can arrange a replacement. There may be no need to return your damaged item.
In order to receive a refund for any part of your order, you must return the item(s) to us in their original condition, including any packaging, within 30 days of receipt. You may have ordered the incorrect part or simply changed your mind.
If items are not received in their original condition and within this time frame, we may be unable to issue a refund.

On receipt of the return, we will issue the refund. Any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 7 working days.
Please be aware that customers pay for returning items. If an item had arrived faulty or it is the incorrect item, a replacement item will be offered instead of a refund.
