I gladly accept cash payment, but should you wish to pay by card or Paypal, please select the amount that you have been asked to pay and then checkout.
You will receive an invoice by email upon completing the payment.
You may call or send me a message to arrange collection of your vacuum cleaner (if we haven't already done this)

More important information
When will my order arrive?
Free UK shipping on all orders by Royal Mail First Class (1-2 working day service).
Larger items may be sent by 24 hour courier.
Items are dispatched the same working day on orders before 12noon.
Orders that are placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be sent on the next working day.
Please allow extra time for deliveries to non mainland UK locations.
Will this part fit my vacuum cleaner?
Taking the time to check your model number, and comparing your old part to the photos shown, will ensure that you receive the correct part.
I also include any model specific fitment information inside the fitment section of the product description. Please ensure that you have read this too, where applicable.
Can I return my item?
All products ordered are covered by a 30-day return policy.
I hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if something is not quite right, please see our Returns Policy to help us process your return as quickly as possible.
If your item has arrived damaged, or part of your order is missing, please email

I can then arrange a replacement. There may be no need to return your damaged item.
Are there discounts for buying more than 1 item?
Yes!
I can't stand it when websites offer 'free shipping', but then charge you the full price when you buy multiple products.
My BUY MORE, SAVE MORE policy passes on our postage savings right back to you. These discounts are applied automatically to your shopping cart when you add more than one item.
You may mix and match any vacuum cleaner parts to receive these discounts.
Genuine parts vs Compatible parts
If a part is genuine I will state it, If it is compatible, I will state it. Manufacturer's names / models / part numbers are still used as reference only on compatible parts.
Genuine Parts
There is no denying it, huge companies like to make money at our expense when it comes to buying parts, but sometimes its the only option. I offer genuine parts at competitive prices.
But what are compatible parts?
These are the same fitment, but manufactured by another company.
I only sell compatible parts that I would use on my own repairs.
These are from various different manufacturers which I have found to be the best quality, for these particular parts, over the years.
Compatible parts allow you to service and repair your vacuum, without breaking the bank.
Jonny really went above and beyond to fix 2 vacuum cleaners within a week. Friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend his services.
