When will my order arrive?
Free UK shipping on all orders by Royal Mail First Class (1-2 working day service).
Larger items may be sent by 24 hour courier.
Items are dispatched the same working day on orders before 12noon.
Orders that are placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be sent on the next working day.
Please allow extra time for deliveries to non mainland UK locations.

Will this part fit my vacuum cleaner?
Taking the time to check your model number, and comparing your old part to the photos shown, will ensure that you receive the correct part.
I also include any model specific fitment information inside the fitment section of the product description. Please ensure that you have read this too, where applicable.
Can I return my item?
All products ordered are covered by a 30-day return policy.

These are the same fitment, but manufactured by another company.
