My YouTube channel, Vacuum Help, is my way of helping as many people as possible fix their vacuum cleaners and avoid unnecessary call-outs or replacements.

When will my order arrive?
Free UK shipping on all orders by 2-3 Day delivery service. Royal Mail 48 as default.
Next day options available on checkout.
I know that you want your order quickly, so we make dispatch a top priority.
Dispatched Within 1 Working Day – All orders are sent out within 1 working day (Monday–Friday). In many cases, we’re able to ship the very same day if your order is placed early.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Will this part fit my vacuum cleaner?
Taking the time to check your model number, and comparing your old part to the photos shown, will ensure that you receive the correct part.
I also include any model specific fitment information inside the fitment section of the product description. Please ensure that you have read this too, where applicable.
Can I return my item?
All products ordered are covered by a 30-day return policy.
I hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if something is not quite right, please see our Returns Policy to help us process your return as quickly as possible.
If your item has arrived damaged, or part of your order is missing, please email

I can then arrange a replacement. There may be no need to return your damaged item.
Are there discounts for buying more than 1 item?
Yes! Save £2 on every part when you buy 2 or more.
Most sites pocket the extra profit when you buy multiple items. I prefer to keep it fair. If you add a second (or third) part to your order, every item drops by £2.00 to reflect the combined shipping cost.
Genuine parts vs Compatible parts
If a part is genuine I will state it, If it is compatible, I will state it. Manufacturer's names / models / part numbers are still used as reference only on compatible parts.
Genuine Parts
There is no denying it, huge companies like to make money at our expense when it comes to buying parts, but sometimes its the only option. I offer genuine parts at competitive prices.
But what are compatible parts?
These are the same fitment, but manufactured by another company.
I only sell compatible parts that I would use on my own repairs.
These are from various different manufacturers which I have found to be the best quality, for these particular parts, over the years.
Compatible parts allow you to service and repair your vacuum, without breaking the bank.
